Very nice for the value! Breakfast included was also wonderful and not having to pay to park was also a great perk. The fitness center was also decent to be used.

Rugs in the hallways and rooms smelled of cigarettes and are old. Elevator worked the first day and then it was out of service for the rest of our stay. The elevator had a terrible stench when I did ride it. I saw someone with a cat in their room. This was not in the hotel description and as someone whose family is highly allergic, if I would have known cats were allowed, I would not have stayed here.

The hotel met our needs as we didn’t spend much time in the room. The breakfast was limited by adequate. The staff were all wonderful. The hotel is definitely a nicer version of a motel but it was clean and had the basics. The one major issue with this hotel is it’s so far from the T. We had To Uber to T spots constantly which made it very expensive and difficult to navigate. I would get a hotel walking distance to the T next time.

Nice location along the Charles River. Within walking distance to Harvard. Rooms were clean and comfortable with daily housekeeping. Breakfast was adequate.

We have stayed at the Studio 6 or 7 times now - the art base of the design is very cool. During our first few visits, the breakfast was amazing. Way beyond any included breakfast I've had at brand name hotels. But since they have remodeled the dining area, it is not the same. It is now what I would classify as ordinary. The service is very good. But the selection is no longer a stand out. That aside, I will continue to stay at the Studio Allston whenever I visit The Boston area.
