It is a good no-frills option in Beverley Hills and close to UCLA. Rooms are ok - beds pretty good, bathrooms are new. There's no restaurant and not much else besides coffee and flavored sparkling water. But it was convenient and not a bad price. Be careful getting parking - the garage is closed on weekends and you have to go into an office building and get let in by a security guard to get your car.

The property is nice and in the heart of West Hollywood. It was nice and quiet. The water pressure in the shower was a little low but all in all I had an excellent stay.

I did not have a renovated roo. And it showed. Stopper in tub came out, water spout for tub was falling off, and house keeping only gave us one face towel twice.
Check in was top notch using the kiosk and printing the keys was very easy and check out was a breeze as well.
