“Just checked out of the Premier Inn Belgrade Plaza Coventry and I don’t think I’ve had such a mixed hotel experience in a long time.
Mixed cos on one hand the room quality, the bedding, the air conditioning, overall cleanliness of the lifts, toilets, common passageways were all quite good, but on the other hand, the utter lack of human connect from their staff was baffling.
