“Except for the crazy amount of bugs, both dead and alive, which couldn't be helped, it was very clean. The location is perfect for families with children to play in the water beachside. The game room is fantastic, but be aware that it is not attached to the house, its up a full flight of stairs behind the house, preventing supervision of younger members of the group. The deck is fantastic with great views and built-in baby gates at the top to prevent falls. There is a lot of seating outside……

“This property does not disappoint! Stayed with a group of 8 and had plenty of comfortable space for all. The owners are super nice, very proactive and responsive. The home is beautiful and the views from the back patio are some of the best we have seen in Parker. A/C works awesome on both floors. It was 114 degrees during our stay and everyone was very comfortable. The accessible "in-law suite" on the first floor was perfect for my parents to relax and get quiet time away when needed. Kitchen……

“We had a great time at the Road Runner Resort. The house was clean and well equipped with all we needed. Would have loved to spend time on the upper deck, but it was a bit cold and also the chairs were dirty. I can see how, as there are birds everywhere and it would be impossible to keep it clean. We were glad there weren't a lot of people as we happened to be right next to the pool and it might have gotten noisy, but would still have been fun! The only thing is if you like to sleep past 8am,……
