"The check in staff and communications were awesome! The property was absolutely beautiful and the grounds extremely well kept! Enjoyed spending time in the pool and hot tub. The room we stayed in could use some updating/repairs, but was clean and stocked nonetheless. "

"The rooms were clean and well equipped with plenty of towels, dishes and cookware. We thought the bed was comfortable, pillows were fresh. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The property had many fun activities and pool areas. We did think some of the property game areas could be cleaned up a bit, I don’t think they were used often such as horseshoes and putting area. The multiple pools were wonderful however could have been cleaned better as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would return. "

"Rooms are extremely nice. The only critique is that it would have been helpful for good sleep if there were blackout curtains in addition to the window shutters. I liked the style the shutters offered, just didn't completely block all light."

"Great place to stay. When I booked it I did not realize it was a best western and honestly I may not have if I knew. It was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were full of fun things to do for families, also wonderful spaces that created a vacation atmosphere. I was there to hike rim to rim, next time I’ll be back with the family!"
