“The hotel is full of heritage, dating back to the mid 19th century. Both the building and its interior are fascinating, with relaxing colors that create a peaceful and stress-free atmosphere. We stayed for just one night during our long motorcycle trip, so unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the additional services the hotel has to offer. Our room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was amazing - exactly what we needed after several days on the road.……

“While not downtown, the hotel is clean and easily accessible by local transit (or highway, if one is driving). Staff were very helpful, and also provided a local transit pass for the duration of my stay.”

“Location can’t be beat- right on the square, Hotel is charming with very friendly and helpful staff. The only problem is with the charm of an old building comes the lack of modern conveniences- namely air conditioning. No hotel on the square will have a.c, thought, and the room does have a fan to help, so it is manageable.”

“I had a lovely and very restful stay at the chalet. The location has beautiful mountain views and is near to cable cars if you want to go higher up. The staff were helpful and friendly and made me feel at home as a solo traveler. The breakfast was top notch! Thank you so much and I hope to come again!”

“Staff was extremely helpful in orienting us to the area and where free parking could be found. We we upgraded to a very nice lakefront room with a balcony. The buffet breakfast was also very nice. Beautiful sunset from the balcony.”

“職員態度友善有禮，房間寬敞整潔除睡房外，還有客廳，廚房，雪櫃和焗爐。房間面湖景，漂亮。美中不足是沒有洗衣設備，酒店介紹資料顯示有洗衣設備但實際是要交職員代為處理，收費昂貴，一件短褲或T袖收費各CHF8,兩件合共，CHF16。另外是早餐食物款式少，很基本食物，主要提供麵包，果汁及熱飲及一些乳酪及配料等。”
