🐝 Unique Perks:
The JustBee cabin sits on a property shared with to my 100-year-old log cabin home and one other small rental cabin. I’m a beekeeper, and you’re welcome to visit the bee yard located at the far end of the land. Don’t worry—privacy is a priority, with lush landscaping and natural buffers between homes.

🐶 Meet Sadie: My friendly beagle is always happy to greet guests (and their dogs!) with a wag and a nuzzle.

🚙 Please Note:
Access to the property is via a gravel driveway—about a 3-minute drive in. It’s accessible to all vehicles but can get a bit bumpy during rainy weather.

One of the best short-term rental properties I’ve stayed in. The home had everything we needed. Location is great, private retreat within minutes from Asheville. Home was extremely clean, space was ample for our family of 4. Great instructions. We will definitely return to “Just Bee” when visiting western NC again!

Great little get away

This cabin was perfect for seeing the sites around Asheville, Weaverville and Hendersonville. All the destruction from the floods is visible around town but that hasn’t stopped people from coming to the area. We loved our stay. Thank you.

Wonderful Stay!

So glad my wife and I decided to visit Asheville over Christmas! The cabin was very clean, well equipped and located close to downtown but still very quiet. Rebecca was amazingly helpful and suggested some amazing restaurants. Also, if I am going to spend money, Asheville could use help I can give, so we felt good about spending time there.

Great Dog Friendly House with Lots oc Trees

This is a very relaxing 2 bedroom house. The house surrounded by trees, making it very private. There is a comfortable porch to relax on. We brought our dog, and it was a great house for her.

Owner was very responsive. Cabin was clean, neat, efficient layout. We really enjoyed our stay. Only four stars for listing accuracy tho as location of property is shown in N Asheville near Grove Park Inn but actual location is in Woodfin a couple miles away. That location is generally convenient but not as charming.

Father’s Day weekend

Had a nice stay in this sweet little cabin for fathers day weekend with our family. Just outside the downtown area but a short drive from all the sites and quiet enough at night for a young family. The host gave tons of suggestions for restaurants and hikes and activities that were helpful.

Perfect Asheville Retreat

Just Bee is a lovely cabin on the outskirts of Asheville tucked away up Idlewild Cove Trail. It had a fully equipped kitchen with a very well stocked cupboard with all the essentials and more. The location was peaceful and quiet. The host, Rebecca, was very pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Asheville area.

An amazing cabin! Comfortably stocked. Grocery and restaurants nearby. Two places to dog walk. Despite some rainy weather, we had a great time. The owner is very caring of the guest’s experience. Highly recommend this property.

Very nice cabin

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin, good location. Only concern was Sadie, a small dog that lives on the property. She would bark non-stop from 5:30am - 10am so that would cut into sleep if you're a light sleeper.

The cabin itself is very clean and nice inside. Very well furnished and well stocked with amenities. Our only disappointment was the lack of a “yard” and no fire pit. Beautiful little cabin

We stayed a week and had a great time. It’s a great jumping off point north of Asheville and is particularly close to the river arts district. The owner was nice enough to show us her new yard and give us a little information about them; otherwise we didn’t really notice them beyond here and there in flowers, so no big concern if they aren’t going to bee your thing 😁. The only word of warning is the drive is steep and gravel; we had a 4x4 so no worry, but a RWD with sporty tires would possibly be slidey or otherwise exciting.

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed our two week stay at the bee house. Our host called a few hours before check in to let us know that the canon was ready. As others had reviewed, the cabin was spotless. If we had questions, Rebecca was incredibly quick to respond and make sure that we were happy. We also enjoyed the personal tour of the pollinators gardens. As first time visitors, Rebecca helped us to understand the best things to do in that region. We were close to so many interesting excursions, art exhibits, fine restaurants, and especially the Biltmore.

Absolutely gorgeous

As soon as we pulled into this oasis, we were absolutely in awe of it. The first thing I thought was, “ I want to live here”! Not only was it a beautiful setting, but Rebecca thought of every single amenity a family would need. All of the comforts of a fine hotel in the midst of this magnificent setting made our stay in Asheville so relaxing and restful. Rebecca was kind, warm-hearted and gracious enough to show us her beautiful property with her bee hives, which truly captivated me! We were in Asheville for a family wedding, which can be stressful. I was so grateful that we were able to come back to this lovely place. We did not have an SUV, nor did the numerous family members that came to visit us there and we had absolutely no problem coming up the driveway. Again, thank you, Rebecca!! We’ll cherish the memories and certainly, if in Asheville , will be back!💖🐝🐝🥰
