“I was disappointed with our stay. We were assigned a handicap-accessible room, and the shower was designed in a way that allowed water to flood the entire bathroom floor every time it was used. The room also had a strong musty odor. The shower itself was cracked, and the bathtub was dirty, which made the room feel poorly maintained. Parking was another major issue. The lot was filled with trucks, campers, and trailers that took up approximately 20 parking spaces. There were no available spots……

“Breakfast was okay the first two days then it was the same exact thing every day, eggs and sausage everyday. The staff working the front counter were helpful and courteous. The room was clean and the bathroom was huge. The waterpark was fun and my kids had a blast.”
