"Nice place. Private dock was nice. 2 blocks from the downtown area with shopping and restaurants. Most definitely walking distance to beach. Theres also a little bar on the other side of the marina. Quiet. Sunrise on the inlet was very pretty. We slept 3 teenagers 2 adults and 1 10 year old for a week. Easy parking. Id definitely rebook here if we stay in that area. It is only the top half of the house though, but definitely suitable for a family. Also, washer and dryer in lower part of house...

"Although there are laundry facilities on property, the area is kept locked and this unit is not permitted access. We were unable to do any laundry unless we traveled two miles to Holmes Beach to the Laundromat. This property IS very quiet. The trolley stops are literally at the end of the driveway, but there are no shops or businesses within close walking distance.
