“We got away to the beach to celebrate our anniversary and a birthday. Phyllis was excellent to communicate with before, during and after our stay. She also had excellent recommendations for restaurants we might enjoy during our visit. The unit was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. The next time we come back to Siesta Key, we will definitely rent from Phyllis. ”

“Took granddaughters down for celebration of graduation. The place was great. It does say beach about 1 minute away. Which was correct but most of the beach was “private”. And had a small area to sit. It was nice they had beach towels and lawn chairs to use since we flew to Florida and couldn’t pack that stuff. I would recommend it!”

“I’m going to start with the only downfall was communication. They weren’t great about communication until a few days prior. I had a few questions after booking and didn’t hear back for awhile! Minor things! But they did get back to me!! When we arrived the office manager was amazing! So kind and made sure our questions were answered and accommodating!!! The place itself was amazing! 106D I’m going to tell you it looks exactly like it does in the pictures!!! I would pack a few extra cleaning……

“Stayed 2 nights in the Solitude Suite at Siesta Key with my son after spending several days in Sarasota. Suite was ready early. Lisa was responsive and communicated right away via text. Suite is well equipped with kitchennette and updated bathroom. Everything was clean and fresh. My son and I enjoyed the heated pool on-site. It is right across the street from beach access. Trolley stop is right outside the property. There are several good walkable restaurants as well if you don’t want to take……
