"This is the older of the two major properties at the convention center and the better one for a family. The front desk staff was outstanding and really made a difference in the stay. It is a waterpark and there are safety rules, but they make sense. The only drawback was the restaurant was closed for renovations during my stay. But they did have Lean Cuisine and a microwave so you did not have to rely on Uber eats for a quick snack."

"Dave at the front desk is so welcoming and he seems to care about the place, not just a job. There were many other people traveling with their dogs too which made it fun having that interaction. Breakfast had more selection than most. Nice being on first floor, very walkable. "

"TV did not work in my original room. We were moved into a better room in a short time. The room was immaculate and the staff was very understanding. My family member has dementia and became quickly agitated because the TV would not work immediately. "
