Little kitchenette is nice for storing leftovers. Host was easy to message with and check in process was easy. Building is quiet and clean. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot"

"Sherri was very wonderful and the stay was great. We had a family baptism and a few family members came over for breakfast. The kitchen has all the essentials and more and everything is well prepared for a stay. The patio’s are lovely and the hot tub is private with beautiful lights. We felt right at home and enjoyed the open floor plan. Plenty of natural light and the decor and fixtures are lovely. Highly recommend!"

"This experience was excellent! We traveled to Souix Falls to attend the 2024 Pheasant Fest Convention. We needed a pet friendly house. This was definitely it! Great location with a fenced in yard that backs up to a large park. Nice quiet location. Very comfortably house. So much better than staying in a hotel with our dogs:)"

"I was worried after reading reviews, but it was fine. I stayed here for one night to go to event at Denny Sanford Center - I had considered booking elsewhere from reading reviews and glad I didn't. For the price, it was just fine. Completely walkable to the arena,also walked to Crooked Pint after event and back to hotel and felt very safe.
