"The location is indeed beautiful. The road leading to the cabin is rugged, narrow and rough in places, but worth it if you have a SUV. Not so sure a regular vehicle would make it. The cabin was nice and clean. It does need some updates. If you’re interested in preparing your own meals, the cookware there is not recommended. The water smells of sulfur, but it is well water and hard. We had problems getting the door to unlock upon arrival and even after the owner having the batteries changed, the...

It was a very pleasant stay, the highlight being sitting on the covered deck in front of the outdoor fireplace and taking in the excellent views. "This property was amazing! The home is nice and large. The added features outside the home were very nice and having the chickens with fresh eggs in the morning was such a bonus! The views from the balcony were so pretty, especially the morning we woke up with a cloud layer in the valley below us. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This is a nice property with some fixable issues. The main floor is really nice, having recently been renovated, with two great bedrooms , a nice living area, a kitchen, a nice bathroom and a great balcony with an awesome view. The porch is large and spacious but is in need of some repairs; a paint job and a general fixup in this area would be great, the cushions are in need of replacement. The bushes hanging over the porch need to be trimmed, this makes the first impression of this sweet home...

"We had a terrific 3 day weekend in Blue Ridge at the Honeysuckle Chalet. Beautiful, quiet setting but easy access to highway to get into town, go to hiking areas and white water rafting. House is wonderful, clean with comfy beds, fun pool table and great outdoor area for grilling and watching football outside. Can’t wait to go back again."

"Nice hotel sitting on a 5 star property with golf course ,horseback riding and hiking. I especially liked the indoor pool ,steam room and whirl pool. The buffet breakfast and dinner were also nice. If looking for less expensive meals,the Brassy Grill serves great burgers and chicken sandwiches. 10 minutes from the Hiawassee pickleball courts."
