"All was better than expected."

"Smelt like dirty mop water. Floors were not swept. Found flosser, hair, dirt, and debris on floors. No breakfast available during breakfast hours. When I called front desk we got no help. Were told the manager would take care of it in the morning. We never received any contact with manager."

"My first room only had scalding hot water in the sink. Maintenance addressed it so it was tolerable. My AC unit was very loud and I woke up middle of the night to a horrible screeching noise from the unit. I had to turn up the AC but it still took an hour to resolve. I reported it the next day and the front desk staff moved me to a different room for my second night. Much bettter experience. Overall the rooms are showing wear and tear. "

"I have stayed here many times when visiting my daughter at Baylor. The rooms are big, clean, and the staff is friendly. There’s also a great steakhouse and bar in the hotel. I’ve never had a chance to swim in the pool, but the pool area looks amazing!"
