“I did not feel safe there.”

“We didn’t end up staying. There was a large wad of toilet paper in the toilet when we entered the bathroom not sure what was inside that these bathroom faucet was dirty. Hadn’t been cleaned. Noticed the lobby the tile floor had something spilled showing multiple spots on the floor as I got into the elevator the metal walls look like they hadn’t been wiped in months. We didn’t stay. Our reservation was canceled at the hotel we stayed at another IHG property in Valdosta. there was also a funny……

“The phone didn’t work there eas a domestic dispute going on in the early morning tried to call front desk phone had no dial tone. They were loud and i was scared my outlet to charge the phone had metal sticking out and I got shocked by it. The place was clean and modernized but I do feel the manager should reach out to me and adjust my stay based on what happened no sleep and video proof I hope they do if so they I would recommend because that means my safety is important to them if not do not……

“Very noisy location by I-75. Nice property. Needs a second elevator (wait times are surprisingly long). Fitness area is sufficient for a workout. Breakfast was good. ”
