"We called down and asked for a change of towels on the 2nd day and hours later had to go down to the front desk and get them ourselves. My adult daughter went down to the front desk on another occasion to get a Band-Aide for a blister on my foot and the 2 people working the desk were quite rude to her."

"Stag was nice, however it took 3 calls to get hangers. My AC went out on my last night’s stay during a 90 degree day in Philly. Shower curtain smelled musty. - all else was good. Clean room. Nice shower products & towels, & spacious room. Almost zero hanging space for clothes…more hanger-friendly hook’s would’ve helped. Restaurants were buzzing w/activity all 3 nights I was there. Easy coffee/pastry cafe w/good selections, + some fresh fruit & RX bar options. "
