"While I was staying for 3 nights, there’s no housekeeping. The room next to me seemed like a young group of men who’s quite loud around 2 am. I thought there was a luggage clerk service, yet it was refused "

"Worst hotel I have ever experienced. Un friendly and under staffed hotel. Poorly managed by Monique Reyes. Would never go back or recommend this to anyone. If you are wanting to order room service, don't do it. Took forever, came cold and in to go bags. The poor girl who dropped it off even said I deserved to complain about it. Shower smelled like mildew. There were no fresh linens left for the day on night 2 of our stay. We also order Postmates for breakfast since the room service was so bad the first day. After confirming the Postmates was delivered to the front desk(by Monique who told me it was down there) she said they didn't have any staff to bring it up to the room and we would need to go get it ourselves, when we went down to get it. It was no longer there and Monique couldn't tell us where it went. Stay anywhere but here when staying in Philadelphia!"

"Parking is in an off site location which is across from the place, not free. "

"The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were outdated and could have used better vacuuming. The desks and night stand had stains I was able to get off with a Lysol wipe and a little bit of muscle. The shower backed up after a few minutes. Things we lived with for 2 nights. "
