"AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. On check in (after a long on-line book in process (crashing server)), the common room was inhabited with other guests, who were cooking tea. The bins were overflowing and the place generally stank. "The property was in good condition, an ideal location with a short walk to the beach and coastal path, parking and very good value. It was well equipped and the owner was helpful at all times for our trip, which we thoroughly enjoyed. "
