I booked this facility bcos the beds were king size. Little did I realize that the beds took up all the space in the little rooms. Be mindful of the room space, if you need space this is not the place for you. Location was excellent. 2 blocks from Michigan ave and all the food amenities you can ask for. I would come here again but it would just be a few people (2) to a room.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was courteous and professional and the property was very clean. Our room was very comfortable. My only negative is the VERY intense and overbearing scent in the lobby area. It should be dialed back about 70%. It's overwhelming and makes one suspicious that it's there to cover up other smells which I don't think is the case. If the hotel spaces past the lobby had that much scent in them I would have had to leave.

The views are nice. The room is more simple. The bathroom needs to be upgraded. Definitely just 3.5-4*. The late night snack area is a nice feature though.
