“Conveniently located and very nice for the price”

“Reserved two weeks in advance. Upon check-in asked for a first floor room due to our age. Was told by the unfriendly woman that I should have requested that when reserving. Finally gave us a room in the first floor but it was the worst. It was on freeway side with car noise, bright street lights and no curtain to shut any of that out. Also the shower water would not adjust to anything but scalding hot. The next morning I went to the desk and said we could not stay another three nights in that……

“We have stayed there a couple of times now and both times have been great experiences. Very clean and comfortable beds. ”

“Many positives but one deal killer. Both the 2nd and 3rd evenings we returned to find the door unlocked and not latched. The door did not latch when left to close by itself, we found that you have to pull it shut manually to get it to latch/lock. We informed the front desk the first night and emphasized how important it was to us to know that our room is locked. I think the housekeeping staff does not realize this latching issue so it wasn’t latched closed when they finished. This is partially……

“Hi! The main downpoint in this hotel is Terrible breakfast. It had very limited options, limited amounts. It looked like it was reheated hundred times. Kids did not have any choice of food; only cereal. The coffee was the worst I had ever tasted. ”

“Hotel was fine. Went up there for a softball tournament. Got rained out and cancelled. Tried to get the hotel to refund my second night because I literally had to go back home. They refunded many people's but not mine even with the help of Expedia ”

The gal who answered the phone(4/3/26) at 10pm as I shared our problem was so kind and understanding she made sure we had our room when we got to Claremore and we had everything we needed for a very late check in. Big thank you her and taking such good care of us.”

“I was greatly impressed with this property. The staff was awesome and had all needed amenities. Only drawbacks was a dirty room ac filter and a bathroom drain plug that didn’t work. Was still a very pleasant one night stay. Many thanks to all! ”
