“Beautiful hotel and property, The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I’ve found lacking on my the last 2 stays ( in the last 2months) is the carpet in the rooms need a really good deep cleaning or replaced. In room number #447 which was my last stay ( 6/16/26) the main area walkway areas of carpet in that room was just not the cleanest. Thinking it was possibly from heavy use and or just that there was a lot of soap/ dirt residue left in the carpet after a……

“The ceiling in my room had water damage, and was leaking water and ceiling white stuff onto the floor and bedside table. The bathroom fan was not working. There must have been mold in the room or air conditioning unit. I have been sick with a severe cough and laryngitis since I stayed at your hotel. I asked to be moved out of that room and the staff put me in a room 2 doors down, but by the last night, I was coughing so bad, I slept in my car. (I don’t have respiratory issues.) The air in the……
