Super clean room, I received an unexpected upgrade and it really was superb. Kitchen very well fitted out with everything you might need. The location is excellent and the property manager amazing. Quick with replies and I didn’t feel like anything was too much trouble.
The bed was so comfy and the pillows are the best I have ever slept on! The cleanliness throughout the property was fabulous. All in all a perfect 10/10 stay. Thank you

Be very careful when booking your place as I have booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen as I have a baby but was given one room which did not meet my needs at all. I did not have no other option than sleeping and return home the next day. It is above the pub which is noisy so be very careful when booking this place.

La struttura sembra un po' abbandonata a sè stessa ma, in realtà è un trasandato "voluto", girando per Bristol vi renderete conto che questa caratteristica fa parte un po' della città. Tuttavia, ho riscontrato una serie di problematiche nell'albergo:
- lenzuola sporche, sia appena entrato in stanza, sia la sera, dopo che avevo richiesto un cambio delle lenzuola;
- asciugamani sporchi;
-adattatore della presa elettrica non funzionante;
- la finestra non si apriva e non poteva esservi ricircolo d'aria;
- l'aria condizionata può essere modulata solo dalla reception e non ha funzionato durante la notte del mio soggiorno.
Devo precisare però che non appena ho evidenziato il tutto al manager dell'hotel, mi è stato detto che metà del soggiorno mi sarebbe stato rimborsato (cosa che è successo) e mi è stata offerta la colazione (per altro, buona). Purtroppo l'esperienza non è stata buona ma ho apprezzato tanto il comportamento del personale che ha tentato di rimediare alla pecche evidenziate.

"The bedroom didn't seem as though it had been cleaned in months, even the kettle was very dusty.
