“Clean and tidy. Overall great experience”

“Very happy with cleanliness & new condition of items, especially both bathrooms. I didn’t see any indication in the description or photos that the rooms are on two floors with stairway which is somewhat steep. No problem for my group of five people…might be major concern for people with limited mobility.Please upgrade to have full size ironing board. We made the miniature table top board work, but it was disappointing. Please provide dish towels in kitchen…we made due drying dishes with paper……

“Excellent stay. Highly recommended. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Security measures were greatly appreciated even though the area seemed relatively safe. Easy walk to downtown destinations. I was on a 6 day business trip. This was so much nicer than staying in a hotel. There was not a lot of in and out traffic and no party crowds. Quiet!”

“We enjoyed our stay, the home was clean and everything was just as it was pictured. The communication was great and had no issues. I didn't do a very good job researching the area and didn't realize how much night life happens in this area on a Saturday night. That was not what we were there for, but it worked out fine. I would recommend this place to anyone.”

“The entry door showed signs of having had a forced entry at some point. Part of the door and door jamb where missing and left about a 1"x2.5" hole / gap. The existing deadbolt / lock was secure but there was certainly a feeling that we were not in a safe space. The curtain rod and curtain in the bathroom had fallen onto the toilet and we so we put it back in place. On the plus side the old wood floors, doors, windows, trim work and brick work were beautiful. despite being next to the……

“Great place for our weekend! Host was wonderful. Just a couple little housekeeping notes for future renters.It's on the 3rd floor - no elevator - and it's warm in the bedrooms. The 'master' bedroom has a very loud dehumidifier. We like the noise, but it may not be good for everyone. Ice maker didn't work.Need a couple blankets for couch :)But really a cool place and we loved our stay!”
