"Everything was perfect and beat expectations. The house was cozy, and the 360 lake views (through an all glass wall design) was serene. The kitchen is compact but was well equipped; it was able to handle needs for a short stay. Both bed rooms are good size and good for kids or adults. "We enjoyed our stay at this condo! The communication after booking was excellent and made the check-in process very easy. There is one parking spot designated and it was close to the entrance. The condo was very clean and had all the basics provided. Access to laundry was so nice and detergent was provided. Beds were comfortable in all rooms. Perfect space for our family. The view was beautiful! We hope to stay here again!"

"We were not a fan of Roku TV which would not have been a big deal but it rained and rained. Lots of ants on the deck. I put out the single ant bait but they never really went away. We enjoyed the beautiful Condo on the water."

"It was nice a quite property, the bed was hard and couldnt get it to heat up inside at all froze all night even using the extra blankets. Im sure the coolness will be great for the summer. Had a hard time getting in the gate as well wasnt given the right gate code for arrival"

"This was a beautiful condo and PERFECT location in commuting to the conference I was attending at Margaritaville. I was disheartened on arriving and seeing the deck under reconstruction, didn't see that when I originally booked my reservation as that would've been a deal breaker for me. "This lovely little property was perfect for my wife and me to take a weekend fishing getaway. While the complex is not real new, the property was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Simple, quaint, and quiet. Exactly what we needed. The boat slip and lift were also much appreciated. Thank you!"

"Condo was spacious and clean. It is dated some, but clean. The master bed mattress was really bad. It sloped towards the middle and you felt every movement. The boat slip is not setup for bass boats, but larger pontoons or ski boats. It has exposed metal pipe on the sides that can gouge/scratch your boat if you get under them.
