“Hallo, nicht zufrieden. Das angebotene und gebuchte Zimmer von Hotel.com nicht bekommen. Kein Wasser oder Gläser auf dem Zimmer. Keinen festen Tisch beim Frühstück. Skiraum, Skischuhe kalt. Heizung nicht eingeschaltet. Massagen nicht im Haus, musste in anderes Hotel. ”

“The receptionists are all super helpful and patient to all our questions. The included breakfast is so good, always looking forward to it. We paid extra for dinner as well and it was the best decision, food was very upscale and delicious. The salad bar for dinner was just awesome, loved all the options provided. The bar was just as good, we always show up and ask the bartender(Alexandra) to surprise us with drinks and never has he disappoint once.”

“The best hotel we have ever stayed at. The service and the attention to detail was impeccable and Walter & Sabine were amazing hosts. They gave us great restaurant recommendations and booked the reservations for us as well. The hotel and room were very clean and well decorated and there was nothing bad I could say about my experience at Castel Maurn. I will recommend this hotel to every single one of my friends and definitely come back. The breakfast was incredible and they deliver it straight……

“Just got back from a stay at Hotel Excelsior in the Dolomites and honestly, it was perfect. The sauna area was really nice and relaxing after a day out exploring. Food was excellent across the board, from the breakfast spread to the salad buffet at dinner. They’ve got a solid wine list, great coffee, and every meal came with a view that made you want to linger a little longer. The staff were super friendly and made everything feel easy and relaxed. Lucia gave us an amazing hike recommendation……
