“Well appointed Cob Webs and ants”

“We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Roost. We enjoyed breakfast on the deck, surrounded by trees, and ended each day soaking in the jacuzzi while watching a beautiful sunset. My 5-year-old said he was so happy to stay there and wants to go back soon, and so do I. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared. Tracy and David were very responsive. A peaceful and scenic stay. It was the best experience I’ve had staying in a vacation rental home. Thank you so much!”

“Our stay was great, and this house was located walking distance to Pine Mountain Lake. We happen to be there during a heat wave so extra fans in the game room would have really helped.”

“We stayed here recently as a convenient location to visit Yosemite. The house suited my family (4 small boys) well with everybody having their own bed. The kids especially enjoyed the game room in the garage, which was also nice when they woke up in the early morning. There is a grocery store nearby for food and nearby restaurants as well. Really happy with this stay!”

“We loved this quiet secluded house with a beautiful view and our kids really enjoyed the pool! Has easy Access to the arch entrance of Yosemite, which is the entrance closest to the valley. One small suggestion would be to add fans, either ceiling or portable. While the house gets plenty cool even in summer, it was a bit stuffy. This didn’t change our overall opinion of the house though. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!”

“Place was great and very clean. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The only downside was there was construction in Pine Mtn Lake when we were there 6/6-6/8 and it was very disruptive. They would stop traffic multiple times between the house and the front gate. Sunday when we were leaving, it took us 40 minutes to get from the house to the front gate. Communication with owner was good and she was very reaponsive and helpful when I realized failed to her that we were bring an……

“Easy check in with a lockbox code. Extremely clean and had all the amenities. Beautiful back deck area. The house was convenient to the market, and the local restaurants. We enjoyed eating at the Iron Door. It is about a 30 minute drive to the Big Oak Flat Entrance to Yosemite. Host was easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful time!”

“The property was clean, spacious, and beautifully updated. Dock was great with separate sitting area. Beds were comfy and the kids loved the game room! The only minor thing that wasn't a total 10/10 was the grill. It was an older grill and the ignition was a little iffy. My husband almost lost an eye brow. Will absolutely stay again! Thank you!”
