“The host was very communicative and quick to respond. The house was cozy. Kids loved the garage game room. Great stay, even if for one night. ”

“Nicely situated just north of Aviemore, there is a small village shop/Post Office not far away in Deshar Road, but if you need a large shop of groceries then Aviemore is only minutes away. The accommodation is very good with a double bedroom with en suite and a dressing area and a second twin bedroom opposite the family bathroom. There is a HD satellite tv in the living area with a supply of dvds to watch. The owner kindly allows the use of their own pedal cycles, which were perfect for a ride……

“Great house, nice big kitchen, super comfy beds, game room is perfect for watching movies and the driveway is easy to get in and out of. Rolling beach carry came in handy for bringing the chairs and umbrella with us. We'd stay here again in the future!”

“The hostess answered all my questions promptly. The house is located in a very calm and pretty location. Home was comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, sheets, and pillows. We enjoyed the wide selection of games and old movies/videos which we very much enjoyed.”

Every detail was thought out, from the many windows that bring in natural light, to the countless light fixtures for options in the evening, to the warm cozy fireplace which was perfect during the rain. “We had an amazing time! The home was clean snd comfortable. The location is amazing. Close enough to town to have dinner, but peaceful at the house. Easy distance to all in Yosemite. Coffee each morning on the deck listening to the birds. It wsd also great to be able to walk to the lake. Megan was very responsive and checked in to make sure all went smoothly. We will stay here again!”

“This is truly a home away from home.. We visit my wife’s family yearly in Groveland and this house is our go to. It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable and cozy. Our family enjoyed our stay here. We make new memories every time we visit. The lake is a 10 minute walk away which we did. The house having a EV charger is a plus! They have made some upgrades since our last visit which is a plus. ”
