Received an ADA room but didn’t book. Staff told me to contact Expedia instead of trying to accommodate me. ADA bathroom felt like I was in a hospital and the sink was cracked and falling apart. Location of room was near entrance and was super loud in the evenings. Walls weren’t very insulated- Could hear people walking around upstairs and was loud in the evenings. Wish the front desk would have at least tried to accommodate us instead of just having an ”oh well” attitude. Customer service was disappointing! Bright side: Beds were comfy - room was clean and hotel in a good location.

Classic upscale resort without being pretentious. Found it very warm and inviting. Small overlooked areas around the exterior of the Hotel could use some attention/cleanup, but overall very excellent.

construction noise without notice, requested to have room cleaned and they didn’t come to clean, found a centipede in the bathroom, shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty, room and building need some TLC

This is our second stay at the Bel Abri and it was just ok. The room was spacious and we enjoyed the fireplace. The mattress was hard and seemed old. The pillow top was not pillow topping anymore. The showerhead was so weak & sad that we showered at my in-laws house. Just install a handheld already!!!! There was a general lack of maintenance- for instance, the tile in the bathroom was cracked in multiple places and crunched under our feet. The windows have pretty shutters, however, they don’t provide sunlight control so bring an eye mask if light wakes you up. The street noise is present, but is much better on the third floor than the first. We asked for a late check out because my husband had to make a work call. The receptionist gave us an extra 30 minutes lul. We have pretty mixed feelings about returning.

Amenities-I knew pool was closed but disappointed that the fitness center and spa areas are getting remodeled or renovated, room ok but not enough drinking water. The water station not near the rooms. Not worth the money.
