I go every year but this time I went in spring and was really uncomfortable the main lobby for grand reserve was closed. I won’t visit again in this time a year.

Parking was difficult with automation. Difficult getting out. Need a gate person. Gate automated bar almost hit my hood. Valets were on their phones not helpful. Would consider not staying thete until they fix it. A five star hotel needs 5 star personnel. Not more automation

Erin at the front desk was amazing. She gave us so much advice and so many suggestions that we were able to travel around the whole lake and check out great spots. We actually came for a wedding in Kings Beach but preferred Tahoe City. Great spot and great hotel
