“Everything was great except the lock on the front door was extremely difficult. On the second and third days we decided to leave the door unlocked, fearing if we were able to get it locked we would probably be locked out when we returned. When we left for good on the fourth day we were unable to lock the door so left the properly unlocked.”

“The house is absolutely immaculate! Leslie the owner has thought of everything you could possibly need making the stay so wonderful. The house is so spacious and comfortable. Everything was so clean and picturesque. Our family had an amazing time, in the hot tub, watching deer, and enjoying all the activities Leslie had provided for the children. Lake was close and beautiful. This house was absolutely perfection no complaints! Magnificent views too! ”

“It took over an hour for me to be able to get into the cabin - wrong code for door. I received the correct code the next day. A door was left opened and that is how I was able to get inside - very unsafe. No napkins and no response. It took a little over 30 minutes to be able to get inside the community because of car check in. I was told parking was $40 per car and when I arrived it was $50. I asked for the listed price to be honored and was told no. I was told twice that I would get a response……

"要到三英里外的雪松旅馆check in，吃饭也得在那边解决。房间有网但没有移动信号，也就是说你有任何问题找前台的话是打不了电话的，只能开车去找人。好在房间很大，设施齐全，床和浴室都很舒服。是一个独幢小楼，希望保洁早点把空调打开，不然进去像蒸笼一样太热了。优胜美地的夏天并没有想像中那么凉爽。"
