Just before my stay I received a generic welcome message regarding my stay, but still no response to my original question. I responded with my original question. “So the shower head in the main bathroom fell apart while trying to adjust the height…the main bathroom door couldn’t be shut all the way because the handle wouldn’t open the door …the master bathroom toilet seat was very loose needed to be tightened up …lots of noise upstairs it’s located in apartments with no elevator we could see …they would put a rock in the door jam to keep the side door open so you didn’t need the key fob to enter …the beds are also very firm ..too firm for me and the couch……

“Glendale. You may be alarmed when walking through the building hallways towards your rental. Stained concrete, dim lighting, garbage on floor, cobwebs on ceiling. Yikes! I thought-- what have I got myself into?? Inside the rental, we saw hairs on the towels and the dishwasher was stinky but the rental was otherwise acceptable. The place looks like it hasn't had a fresh coat of paint in years. The furnishings are sad--I tried to move the bedside table to see if there was an outlet behind……
