“We booked this place -- and paid for it 100% -- about six weeks prior to our trip to Buckeye, AZ. On the day we were to check in, I tried to get the code we needed to unlock our unit. I was told our reservation had been canceled for lack fo payment. When we protested, the (presumed) owner was not only unhelpful and uninterested, but rude in the extreme. This was undoubtedly the WORST experience on a vacation trip we have ever experienced. I hope this gets published (but doubt it) to save you……

“We had a very difficult time with communication with the host planner. We sent several emails to determine the address of where we were staying and received no communication or phone number offered for us to call and discuss the accommodations in the final 24 hours prior to check in. We were visiting from another state in difficult circumstances and were very upset by the lack of communication. We were trying to ascertain the complex we had rented not the unit number. “Property was on its 3 week of being open. So things are new and looks great. There were a couple things. Laundry room had only one working dryer. Rest of them were down. A couple washing machines were down also. You have to use an app and Bluetooth so I am guessing it’s a technology thing. Coffee machine was great in lobby. Makes several different drinks. Rooms are pretty basic. Ac was great. The fitness is lacking. 2 treadmills, one elliptical and one weight tower. Needs some free weights and……

“This place was very nice and spacious! The pool was huge and very close and they have little courtyard sitting places right by this condo. My only three negatives are the couch, which looked like it was about to lose a spring and was very uncomfortable; there were only two drinking glasses but lots of coffee cups, plates, bowls, etc.; and the upstairs neighbors who were literally stomping around and moving what sounded like boulders around their place.”
