“The home was perfect for our stay, we had 3 adult couples and our children between the ages 8-11. The home is perfectly set up for a get away. There is so much to do, a great pond for fishing or swimming, games galore, pool table, darts, and an outdoor fire pit. The home is remote, and very close to many wineries, antique shops, and more. Very quiet, ”

“We had a wonderful stay! Deb provided very thorough instructions and information about the area, was very responsive, and the house was just lovely. Easy check in and check out, with *no* list of cleaning or other check out requirements. The pool is fantastic, with a great covered patio for those not in the pool. Well supplied kitchen, and plenty of bath towels and toiletries. All in all, one of our favorite stays!”

“House was clean, there was enough dishes to cook with. there is only one bathroom which worked out fine because there are two half baths. Joe was also pleasant to work with, it was my second time booking with vrbo, he made me comfortable with the check in prosses. planning a trip need a place that is centrically located and easy to find I would suggest you give this house a try.”

“The cottage was charming, very clean, & comfortable. Just wished the garden wasn’t connected to the cafe right next door. That said, the location was perfect as you could walk downtown which has cute shops & great restaurants.”

“We had a great stay here. It was perfect - enough bathrooms and rooms that were great sizes for our family. We had three adults and two kids (ages 1 and 3) (one slept in a pack and play). It was perfectly located and easy to get to downtown Leesburg and many of the wineries in the area. The weather was so nice and we enjoyed sitting on the porch at the end of the night. The yard was perfect for the kids. We’d definitely stay here again.”

“Stayed the weekend for a show jumping event at Morven park. This spot was very peaceful and quiet. The small village of Waterford was amazing. The hostess really knocked it out of the park - I've never seen a place supplied with so many incidentals, to improve the quality of your stay. Everything was very easy and memorable. Will probably return with a friend to enjoy the nearby wineyard and apple cidery.”

“This VRBO home could not have been any better! It was clean, cozy, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you can possibly need. The owner, Lynn, answered all of our questions and responded to our text messages quickly. She could not have been more helpful. Location is ideal close to wineries and great restaurants. we enjoyed the grill on the back deck as well as the relaxing creek and chairs around the fire pit We enjoyed our stay here so much. We are looking forward to going back……
