“We enjoyed our stay at this dome. We were a little concerned about being warm since the weather was in the 30s at night but the dome stayed warm and cozy. The actual outside of the dome could use a power wash, as the windows were covered in grime, expected when it sits in the woods. The location is less private than we were expecting because it is in a neighborhood, in a backyard. Also, there were cheerios on the floor so I wonder how thoroughly it was cleaned prior to our stay. “We stayed at the Misty Mountain Lodge over Nov 1-2 weekend for a wedding in Gettysburg. All of the positive comments you read for the property are speaking the truth. There were a number of little add ons that showed attention to detail for guest comfort. Three different kinds of coffee pots A Keurig,an espresso maker, and a drip coffee pot. With flavored syrups supplied by the property owner which is just ONE of the little touches that just add to enjoyment. The property is gorgeous outside……
