"This was a phenomenal place to stay during our trip to Atlanta. While the original room we were given was not what we originally booked (no kitchen), they more than made up for this the following day by upgrading our room. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is beautiful! The food in the attached speakeasy was delicious. "

"This was such a fun stay. The inside of the hotel is very nice and the room was one of the best I’ve stayed in recently. Only thing is the faucet in the bathroom sink is set a little far back which makes a mess when using it, but that is minor. I appreciated the hospitality of the workers. I loved the music they played. Loved the Beyonce tribute in the lobby. Loved the bar… it was all good. "

"Although an old hotel that has been transformed into a Kimpton, it was beautifully designed and maximized every space and its appeal. Alexus at reception was welcoming, professional, energetic, and clearly highly passionate, skilled, and committed to her career. Consider adding treads in the shower as it was a bit slick. The a/c heats up about 8 degrees warmer in the middle of the night (every night) and we did have to get up to reset it. The valets were lackluster, especially as the hotels first impression. Consider customer experience training. All other staff were wonderful and clearly embraced and enjoyed their positions. The rooms were spacious, well designed, and quiet. "
