when i paid my resort fee i expect full service ice machine was not working. took fo ever to get service at valet and taxi. Buffet was ok food could have been hotter water down orange juice. when i went to check out i told the person about my issues with having to pay my resort fee when i feel things should have work properly. I was told to go to each department and complain there.....not my job wont be giving and more of my cash to virgin

Room was clean and great location beside the beach. Room had kitchette and big fridge, microwave etc. so was great. It was dated and internet didn't work in our room but worked well in the lobby. Great value for money :) happy with it.

The only complaint i have is that we got promised to have room service everyday which we did not get. We had to call on day three to ask for fresh towels. Other than that it was great!

No electricity at the time of check-in and before check-out. Apparently the back up generator was faulty too. Room was very hot. When i requested for a fan, i was told that they had non left. No shower gels except to small soap bars. Room appeared abit run down compared to my precious stay 5 years ...
