You’ll be able to view them from the dock or take your boat around the corner for a spectacular view. Dock is in deep water and ready for your boat. No need to rent a canoe, paddle boat or kayak. They’re ready for your water fun right here. Refuel your boat or jet ski in a jiffy at Aqualand marina. This lake house is the package you've been dreaming about for a memorable family vacation. This 1900 sq ft home has a well-appointed kitchen, family room with foosball, bar and relaxed seating. Picture windows bring lake views to you anytime you'd like. Dining available on the deck as well as outside the back door.
Laundry Room is outside of the kitchen. Sleeping quarters boast a spacious primary bedroom with fresh/clean linens, 2nd and 3rd bedroom, sleeps a total of 8.

Lot’s of wildlife abound. Feed the deer from the front porch. Fish off the dock. Swim in the cove. Lot’s of activities here at the home or a 12 minutes’ drive brings you to Margaritaville for waterpark fun.

Family Lake House
If you are looking for a place that your family can stretch out and feel comfortable, this is the perfect location! All the water toys make it a lot of fun to be down at the water and play in the lake. Highly recommend!

Perfect family reunion spot!
We went to celebrate my grandmother's 93rd birthday(she lives nearby), and had the added bonus of having many different family members that are disbursed throughout the east coast come together here. The kitchen size was great for many people to be in helping cook a meal, lots of seating inside and outside for our bunch, and the amenities are a fantastic bonus. Swimming and fishing off the dock, kayak and paddle boat trips, taking pictures on the water at susnset. Its close to lots of things including Margaritaville which was a fun day trip. The main bedroom bed was very comfortable, as was the day beds in the den. The water pressure was great, which is important for me at the end of the day. The laundry room was spacious, and the coffee bar was nice to have. Host was very responsive and great to communicate with. Lots of nice decor/plants, it definitely felt homey. All of my family loved the house and property and made several comments about how great it was that I found it for our occasion. 10/10 would stay again!

Great time on the lake
We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house is well decorated, and has everything you need. I appreciated the ceiling fans in each room and the easy to operate central air that kept the house cool in the Georgia heat. The kids enjoyed the foosball table. It was so nice to have everything we needed provided to enjoy the lake. The paddle boats, canoe, kayaks, noodles and floaties made it easy to get out and have fun. I was thankful to not have to pack those things or rent them. The host Michelle was very nice, responsive and attentive. I would stay here next time I come to Lake Lanier.

House was in a great location; a quiet waterfront home just minutes from shopping and dining. The house was just what we were looking for in a weekend getaway. There were deer roaming everywhere which the kids loved. We would gladly come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Lake Lanier! Michelle was the best host! she was sweet enough to accommodated our flight schedule, beautiful house and view off the dock! Super nice porch sitting. The Lake house everything we needed to make our stay completely comfortable! Will definitely stay again!!

We loved sitting on the dock in the evenings. Kids swam, used the paddle boats to explore, deer would come and eat every morning and evening! Great location and kids loved the Foosball table.

Great Lake House in Great Location
We have stayed in several lake houses on lake Lanier and this was by far our best experience. The house is in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed swimming and using the paddle boat and 2 Kayaks. One of the best things that separates this house from others is the very easy walk down to the dock. This was the first lake house where my In-Laws (in their 80’s) have been able to walk to the dock and enjoy the view. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Weekend at Lake Lanier
This was a fantastic stay. Excellent property and communication. The house is perfect for a relaxing weekend. Located in a safe area. Although we did not use, there are alot of amenities on site. The house was clean, comfortable and simply perfect for our needs. We will return when in the area.

Fantastic month long summer stay
Michelle’s place is a quiet cove that opens to a body of water perfect for water sports before getting to “big water.” We waterskied, wake boarded, tubed, canoed, paddle boarded, and floated in the lovely warm water! Jet skied up to Gainesville! Ate, drank at Pirates Pete, fish tales, pig tales, twisted oar. Went to dueling pianos in Buford. And we went to Margaritaville! Every morning, I sat up on the dock with Cup of coffee on her comfortable chaise lounges. No biting bugs up there and best view!Most of the time it was like our own private lake! Her house was nicely air conditioned, spacious for 8 to play games in her living room. The fosse ball was fun! The kitchen was plenty big and well equipped. The blender rocked for great drinks! The washer dryer were really big. The extra fridge was great! Beds were really comfortable. We tubed the chatahoche, biked the beltline, did the trolley tour of Atlanta, got the city pass ( coca come museum, civil rights museum and Aquarium. Golfed x3! I recommend it all! We had our 3 adult 20 something year old kids snd few friends. We made great memories and really maximized our stay! The location for all the things were great. Plus we had hardly any rain. Any store you might need is 20 minutes. Thanks Michelle!!!!

Fantastic Weekend Getaway
Michelle is an amazing host and the house met all of our needs! She has lots of little touches that makes you feel at home. The property is in a quiet little cove and the deer will come out daily to say hi! My friends and I will be visiting again!

A Home away from Home
I usually don't offer reviews but our stay inspired me to share our wonderful experience!! The home was very clean and comfortable and we felt safe and had every accommodation there that we wanted and needed. My kids want to live there hahaa! Even the next door neighbors on each side were friendly--we met them while hanging out at the dock. Anytime one travels there is always a question of the unknown/unexpected before arrival...and trust is a two way street where the host opens up his or her home to others to respect while staying, while the guests hope for the accurate fulfillment of what they sought out for lodging and accommodations. We were very pleased with everything, and absolutely thank Michelle and trust Michelle and will be returning. I can only say wonderful things and highly recommend this property!!

Peaceful getaway
We enjoyed our last minute getaway to this cozy lake house! The kitchen is much larger than it appears in the photo and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner! Our family enjoyed using the canoe and paddleboard - with plenty of life vests of all sizes available! We also enjoyed the chimera which we used to make smores! There were also a plethora of games available for our kids to stay entertained! Commutations with Michelle were a breeze - she provided great tips and was always prompt to respond, both before we arrived and after we were there. It is a peaceful and quiet area

Very relaxing stay on Lake Lanier
We really enjoyed our stay. The property definitely met our needs and had nice touches like an enclosed deck that we enjoyed. My daughter and I had some fierce football games and my wife and I had fast and reliable Internet to do a little work. The location is great and close to Buford and Sugar Hill. The property owner provided some great recommendations for activities that we really enjoyed.

Lake Lanier Thanksgiving Week 2021
Excellent visit. Property was cozy, clean, and full of extra treats that made us feel very welcome and made for a great experience. The property owner was very accommodating and helpful. Proximity to restaurants and other activities was very convenient. Nice wineries, hiking, fishing and more in the area. Thank you for a great vacation destination.

Michelle was a great host. Any communication with her was responded to promptly, usually within minutes. She was very helpful when I was looking at booking this place, answering any questions and providing any information requested. Michelle also followed up with me during our stay to check on how everything was and see if we needed anything. We had a nice fishing vacation with family from out of town. It was nice to be able to put my boat in the covered dock. My father is 87 years old and the walk to the dock was a nice gentle slope which he could handle with no issues. We also were able to drive down to the dock if we needed to. It was in a nice quiet cove. The home is older but in good shape. It was clean and there were plenty of linens and kitchen stuff. The common areas, ie living room, kitchen, dining space, are larger than the pictures show. The home had everything we needed for our stay. The location is close to downtime Buford, within a 5-10 minute drive which was nice for a few restaurants. I would definitely look to book this place again.

Long weekend
We had a wonderful long weekend retreat! The dock was perfect for fishing and there was even a paddle boat to tootle around the cove in. My two sons had each brought a friend and there was plenty of room for each teenager to have a bed of their own. There is a foosball table in the family room and that was a hit! The location is central to everything in Buford. The teens went and saw a movie one night at the Mall yet we were only 10 minutes from the Marina and ate at a fun restaurant called Twisted Oar. The home had all of the amenities for a comfortable stay and the Host is very attentive. She made herself available for any necessary communication and you can tell she really wants you to enjoy your stay. We will definitely come back, I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing home to stay in at the lake. PS: My favorite part was making a fire each night in the chimenia, it was delightful for an October night!
