“Location is excellent and the unit has great potential, but some misteps by management spoiled our stay. Check-in instructions were clear, and the area is great for walking or short Grab rides to KL attractions. However, the apartment’s condition was disappointing. “The property was acceptable and has some desirable qualities. The building entrance has guards, and you need a card to be able to press a floor on the lift. Each stairwell access also requires the key card. Almost everyone politely would hold the gate open for the side entrance. This means if a person just waited for someone else to use the key card, they could get into the property. Once inside, I do not think there is any serious mischief possible, so I feel safe there. “Fantastic location and view! Just right next too the twin towers. High security and safety. Very good sized appartment with large kitchen, table and two bathrooms with showers! The agent was extremly helpfull and flexiable as well. You really get alot for your money! I stayed for 2 nights, but I would stay longer if I could. Highly recommended!”
