On the upper level, another master king bedroom with ensuite bath and Smart TV opens directly onto the home’s heartbeat: the great room, kitchen, and dining area. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
