Sunrise cottage is a side-by-side duplex with a reverse floor plan. Just steps from the beach and a beautiful ocean view makes it a great choice for a family vacation. On the 2nd floor is the fully stocked kitchen, dining room, cozy living room, and a half bath. The open floor plan makes for a spacious and comfortable gathering place. Sit and relax while you watch the ocean from the living room or from the ocean side porch while catching some sun and salt air. Downstairs is a queen master bedroom with a private bath and ocean side deck with ocean views, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a full hall bath. Offering all the basics to get you started on your vacation, such as toilet paper and paper towels, we're certain you'll be happy upon arrival. With access to a resort pool and spa, fish cleaning stations, unlimited beach access, under-house private entry, parking, and outside hot/cold showers make this the perfect choice for a relaxing vacation.
