“The guy at the night time desk didn’t tell me about a breakfast so I figured there was none. The night time desk person needs to be more welcoming. I didn’t like having to walk past the lounge with open doors twice to get to my room. It made me feel unsafe. My room was very clean but they need to get rid of the carpet and update their furniture. The morning desk person, she was awesome. The pictures on Expedia look nicer than what the hotel really is. Nope, I wouldn’t stay there again. ”

“The room was clean, the staff were responsive and helpful, and the experience was positive. For the price, it was great. I did not use the pool or other amenities, that’s why that question was rated 3 stars. Continental breakfast was good as well.”

“The beds were comfy and rooms clean. The staff were very friendly! There was a water and snack station in the lobby that was a fun surprise. We enjoyed the breakfast, however the pancake machine wasn’t working at the time. The hot tub and pool were great options to have! Loved the hours of the pool and fitness centre. The hot tub was a little low on water and barely went up to the chest when sitting. Overall, great place to stay. ”

“We've stayed here before as well, and both times the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They are renovating and it was still clean and quiet (on a Sunday). The breakfast was great for our picky teens, there was something for us all!”

“BED BUGS! Do not stay at this hotel. We found a bed bug crawling on our pillow when we were winding down for the night. We documented it and reported it to staff immediately, got a new room but felt absolutely disgusted. Save yourself and book elsewhere. It was a complete nightmare and when we requested a refund, we were denied. ”
