Manor 38 is located in Summerstrand Port Elizabeth. The Manor is beautiful, nicely decorated with spacious bedrooms and bathroom, private television, WiFi, etc. It also has two large sitting rooms, one with a large television and fireplace for all guests to use, plus a gorgeous swimming pool. The daily breakfast is preordered, with selections from fruit plate, cereal, toasts, eggs cooked many different ways, including omelettes. The staff, specially Christopher, deserve recognition for outstanding service. They were helpful with recommendations, tour reservations, and much more. Please note that Port Elizabeth has some issues with alcohol and drug addictions so important to be vigilant. But thumbs up to Manor 38 and a super staff!

Great place to stay, breakfast was nice. Could do with some more vegan options for breakfast and something in the resturant for the eveningh

We were warmly welcomed by Claudette at the Brighton Lodge after our scheduled accommodation was unfortunately hit with storm problems. Claudette helped us with our future accommodations and was very helpful with directions. We feel Claudette went over and above to make our stay a fabulous experience. Yes we would recommend the Brighton Lodge in Port Elizabeth

Sea views were mostly hidden behind the salt spray on the windows and even then it was just a glimpse if you stand right at the window. Room was spacious but noise from showers and taps did carry through to the bedrooms.
