“Upon entering our room we were hit with a moist feel and mold smell and the air conditioner didn’t work. We discovered mold on the back of the curtains. The woman at the front desk was able to switch us into another room. While the room’s ac unit worked and there was no noticeable mold, the smell was still there and we were not comfortable with staying. The front desk staff apologized and did allow us to check out and refunded me for the full amount. The pool looked very nice and had people in……

“Very nice, quiet and clean hotel. Excellent staff. Good, hot breakfast. Only issue was the indoor pool was under repair, and there was no mention of that while making our reservation.”
