"It took forever to check in. We stood in line for almost 30 minutes because there were only two staff at the counter and long lines of people. The website says airport transportation included however, if you are traveling out of terminal one, you have to walk all the way. American Airlines is about a 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile away and they expect you to walk."

As a side note, it’s important to mention that the hotel does not offer invoicing (factura) when the reservation is paid directly through Expedia, which may be relevant for travelers who require tax receipts. Regarding the stay itself, the hotel is small compared to others in the area, but it remains clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is not the best, but it still adds value to the overall experience. Despite its simplicity, it’s fresh, convenient, and a nice way to start the day. I definitely recommend this hotel, and I will absolutely stay here again."
