"Location, location, location!! You are located in the perfect area to explore Condesa/Roma and it’s well priced. There are a lot of parks nearby which was perfect for our toddler. The apartment is clean and there’s consistent hot water, a full kitchen + microwave. We visited in May, and despite the whether being cooler it did get quite hot in the apartment. "Location is good. Unit wasn't cleaned or prepared. No email or link to getting into the property was sent ahead of time. Pots and pans were missing. Had to keep having maintenance xomm and fix the heat. It wasn't great. TV never worked. Couldn't unwind with a movie at night. Wifi was slow. Justapadtment "

"We loved our stay in Polanco. The property is in a great location, has a beautiful patio overlooking the street, and has a Walmart grocery within two blocks for groceries. The three main rooms were spacious; the fourth was pretty small. No air conditioning but tons of fans and a nice breeze from the large windows. We loved that there was a 24 hour doorman and Andrea was communicative over the VRBO messenger and constantly checked in with us. Overall, great stay!"
