Thin walls, manufactured building feel throughout (floors were echoey and did not feel well constructed, we could hear the TV from everyone’s rooms just walking down the halls) and was over $140 per night on Expedia. “gorgeous place up in the woods. you wont see a neighbor or traffic. nice little brook out back with an excellent sound. Front porch rockin' chairs were a favorite. Franklin WV is 4 miles away with a few restaurants and groceries if you care. Kitchen was great and had all the necessary things. turn off all the lights and step outside at night and it is pitch black except for the stars. WIFI was very handy and TV had Samsung streaming apps.”
