“Very beautiful place!!! We stayed at Baja Point and the view was just breathtaking! Our room was so clean and spacious, the front desk and workers were all so kind and helpful since the moment we got there. Will definitely come back! One thing I will say the elevators were a bit confusing I had to use the phone by the elevator to call the front desk for directions on our first night however it was pretty easy to get the hang of afterwards also it’s pretty quiet at night meaning not much staff……

“The staff were not helpful. We arrived early on and got our room late. We got the wrong room for what we paid for. The room was dirty and there was water leak from ceiling. The toilet was not flushing as well and sink was clogged. The hotel was not well maintained. Resort was booked for wedding over the the weekend so part of the resort was only for the weeding. The pool was dirty and not clean. The restaurants staff were friendly but the food was below average. Overall not worth the money and……
