“We stayed here for a few days while in town for a family funeral. It was a lovely, quiet spot during a difficult time. But I would love to come back in better times. There are so many thoughtful touches like a kid-size picnic table, fire pit, etc. it’s definite designed for fun family times. Renting the two cabins together with family or friends would be a lot of fun. Low ceilings in the bedroom and bath, but my 6’5” husband could stand up fine. This was a great find!”

“The room had stains on the wall and the bed had bleach stains. There were outlets falling out of the sockets which is extremely dangerous. When I told the front desk the woman did not apologize or offer a different room. She said I couldn’t be refunded due to me not coming back to the office within the first hour of booking. I was also charged for an extra night and it took forever to get someone on the phone about it. One man was helpful but the manager had to complete the refund all together.……

It was very clean, fresh-smelling, & well-stocked with paper products & kitchen essentials, including everything you would need to cook a full meal. There are both a charcoal grill, & a kettle-style grill to cook over a campfire, as well as a fire pit which is as charming as it looks in the pictures. There is a full-size refrigerator, a Keurig for coffee & a toaster. The main bed was very comfortable. We did not use the two loft areas but……
