We have a great time staying here for New Year’s Eve, the had a dinner at the rooftop restaurant, service was wonderful, everyone was very kind, food was very good, and the view was amazing. They have a delicious fruit salad there, you have to ask for it.
The hotel has a great rooftop view of the pyramids. We got the room that was advertised to us. The only problem with the room was it was not clean. The floor of room and bathroom were dirty and there were stain marks on the bed sheets and pillow cover. We had to ask for extra towels and wrapped the pillows with them to sleep.
Also tourists, beware- the hotel also provides guided touts but they are way overpriced than what you find in the market. We trusted the manager as he kept on saying he is giving us the best price for our tour to the pyramids, but later went down the road and found out we were being scammed.
Overall, this is a good place to go for the rooftop view restaurant and it is literally opposite the Sphinx gate, but beware of the hygiene of place and the scams.

Our stay was enjoyable, though there were a few areas that could be improved. It would have been helpful to see photos of the surrounding areas online so guests could have a better sense of what to expect. The staff was friendly, and the food was excellent. However, the pillows had visible stains, which suggested they hadn’t been properly cleaned. The bathroom was decent, though there were occasional issues with the hot water cutting off. The views were stunning, and the bed was very comfortable.
We did feel a bit ripped off when we paid $60 USD for two SIM cards, which seemed overpriced. Additionally, we decided to book our excursion through the hotel, but it wasn’t as seamless as we hoped. The property has great potential, but improvements in cleanliness and pricing transparency would make a big difference.
Booked a Luxury-Suite with balcony-view to the pyramids with Expedia. Room was NOT available at arrival. Reasons varied depending on whom you asked. My educated guess is, the hotel goofed the booking and was overbooked. Management offered a cancellation, but standing in Gizeh in an unsafe area at night without a room was not a real option. Expedia was not reachable. So we accepted a room three houses to the left for the first night. I have never had such a rotten room in the last 30 years. No words. Second and third night we stayed in Standard-Room at the main building, but that was on ground floor adjecent to the reception with a lot of traffic in front of our door and window to the street. That were two further bad loud nights without real rest. Service at breakfast was terrible. Forget about continental breakfast. There were one or two helpful hands at the hotel, but overall it was my worst experience in decades. My wife is still traumatized. We are done with Egypt. Sorry for that. And we are done with Expedia. Not sorry for that.
