Linda was very accommodating. She allowed us to check in about 40 minutes early, when we arrived in the area prior to check-in. Linda was incredibly kind and responsive. When we first arrived, there was a small issue with the lock, but as soon as I mentioned it, she immediately prioritized us and came right over to fix it. She was so sweet asking if we needed anything like coffee or cream, and then actually bringing both over just in case!She let us know she might need to come down once for laundry, but she was incredibly respectful of our space and didn’t disturb us at all. The space was cozy, clean, and well-stocked with all the essentials extra toilet paper, paper towels, and anything else we needed.The location was also perfect everything from food to groceries was within walking distance. It was walking distance to groceries and a few restaurants. About a 10 minute walk to the express bus that went right to the stampede. Linda was a great host and communicated unit access etc. prior to our arrival. The unit was clean and stocked with coffee, cream etc. We didn't use it (other than the fridge and coffee maker) but there was a full kitchen and laundry was available.
