It was a really nice property, clean, comfy beds. I was unimpressed with the customer service. When I arrived I asked the guy who checked me in if there is a restaurant and room service. He said that there is a restaurant but we have to come down to pick up the food. I explained to him that we have been travelling for 8 days and are super tired. Then I couldn't find the menu online anywhere and I called down to front desk. The same guy said oh you need to get the menu from the bar, it's not online. I said that would have been nice to know upon checkin. Then my husband went down and they tol dhim to take a pic of the menu! We ordered $28 pasta and a salad and were given that awful wooden cutlery. NOT IMPRESSED. Also the internet was TERRIBLE

David check us in and gave us a very quiet, corner room on the top floor. While the staff, and our room were wonderful, we chose to walk 4 minutes to the Gin & Tonic for a nice meal from a varied menu at reasonable prices.

When we booked this property it said there was a pool and the pool ended up being closed. The kids were not impressed Then when we checked in we had a very rude and un helpful lady.
