The 24 hour shuttle service that is promised was not available. The phone was not answered and we had to find our own transportation. The staff were indifferent and arrogant. Will definitely not return here.

We stay here quite often when flying in or out of yyc. We really like the hotel and staff, we received an upgrade upon check in to a higher floor giving us a view of downtown Calgary

Beautiful hotel room. Clean hotel all around. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great continental breakfast selection. Quick response time. Only issue was that housekeeping never came once during our entire stay (5 days). Front desk very helpful and quick to bring requested items in the room. Bed is very firm and compact - good for back sleepers, otherwise, use the pull out sofa bed. Not a big deal though. Nice gym partner used it - good for basic workouts. Would be nice to have a pool, but also not a big deal - just for the company, it would likely bring in more families who look for that. Overall very happy stay and would stay here again in the future!
