Fabrics and bedsheets smells clean. The rooms itself is clean and smells fresh. Staying for 5 days , i hope the breakfast changes menu everyday. Very convenient because there is fridge and microwave. Good pricing

The room I was given was dirty, blood on the sheets, dirt, dust and hair throughout the room. When I phoned front desk the gentleman who answered indicated he would let housekeeping know....no apologies, nothing! Housekeeping called and I had to repeat my concerns as the "gentleman" who took my call did not inform them of the situation. Housekeeping manager came up and the situation was "discussed" amongst 3 staff and pictures taken. Moved to another room which was fine, level of cleaning was satisfactory. Not sure why the housekeeping staff with long black hair are not required to tie it back as this "hair" is on the bathroom floor, in the tub, etc. At midnight I went to get a couple of bottles of water. The vending machines ate my money on both the 5th and 6th floor machines, and I had to go to the front desk to get my money back. At the very least a discount of some sort should have been applied to my bill. Nope!!

We got moved due to a leak in our room. It was super easy, the front called us and let us know, when we got back they gave us new keys we were able to grab our things and go to a new room. Quiet stay, comfortable, and friendly staff. The breakfast is a plus and was delicious.

The hotel was well equipped for working from the hotel room during my stay and really appreciated the welcome gift for my dog at this pet friendly hotel. That was a very nice touch. The staff were very friendly. I liked the continental breakfast although quality of the food left a bit to be desired. The area that the hotel is located in is somewhat industrial so there isn't anywhere to go walking with a dog.

Lots of parking but the spaces are tight. Breakfast was only warm everyday we went. No bagels or orange juice. Ketchup was in a bowl with a spoon. Best western breakfast is better and usually hotter. The bathroom exhaust was not working. Hotel was newly renovated and the staff were friendly.

Staff is really good but the breakfast place is not a good experience first of all you need to wait second the cleaning lady comes and start picking up your plates without asking if we are done secondly there’s a one time use voucher otherwise alll other hotels you just show them booking and they let you go
