Beautifully designed two bedroom modern condo nestled in the heart of Bridgeland. Steps away from Calgary’s downtown, famous 17th Ave and up and coming East Village. Close to bistros, restaurants, bars, shopping boutiques, green space and more. 10 min walk to Train Station and Bus stop is around the corner. The space

You will enjoy a comfortable stay in a 2-bedroom and 1-bathroom upscale open concept apartment. If you enjoy being on a quiet residential street just steps from Downtown (800m) and the Bow River (600m), then you are in luck! The space is perfect for groups of up to 4, however can accommodate groups up to 6 as long as people #5 and #6 are ok sleeping on couches (not sofa-beds, but they are wide couches). The two bedrooms each have a plush queen bed for your comfort. The open concept, high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows only add to the beauty of the space. There is an over sized patio that is surrounded by beautiful landscaping, but let's not forget the BBQ that is available for your use! Full access to Netflix for a night in and wireless keyboard and mouse at your disposal.

If you happen to be in town for Stampede, the grounds are only 1.8km away!
